Although it is a seemingly upscale Belgian restaurant, Chambar is a self-proclaimed “unpretentious fling with fine dining.” Part of a Vancouver culinary enterprise that includes a popular café, and a cooking school, Chambar has curated an impressive wine list and beer menu to match their delicious Belgian food.

Hapa Izakaya - 1479 Robson St

Hapa Izakaya is a prime example of the influence the Pacific Rim has on Vancouver’s food culture.
